これは、当協会のプライバシーポリシーや試験規約に基づく手続きです。当協会が発行した合格証が有効なものかどうかを証明する書面を発行します。
This is a procedure based on our association's privacy policy and examination regulations. We will issue a document certifying whether the certificate issued by our association is valid or not.

対象者 / Target audience

この手続きは、受検者本人以外でもおこなえます。ただし、発行後、有効性の保証期間として予め定められた期間内の合格証のみを対象とします。
This process can be conducted not only by the examinee themselves but also by others. However, it only applies to the passing certificate issued within the period that has been predetermined as the validity guarantee period.

手続方法 / Procedure

支払いの前に、以下の手続きをおこなってください。
１、まず、当協会のお問い合わせフォームから、合格証の写真を添付して、手続きしたい旨を当協会に伝えてください。
２、当協会への問い合わせに使用したメールアドレスと同じメールアドレスで、ショップにアカウントを作成します。
３、上記のアカウントから、この商品を購入し、支払いを済ませてください。
Before making a payment, please follow the procedure below.
1, First, attach a photo of your certificate to our association's contact form and let us know that you want to proceed with the procedure.
2, Create an account with the shop using the same email address as the one used to contact our association.
3, Purchase this product and complete the payment through the above account.

配送について / Shipping

この商品の発送には、一カ月以上時間がかかる場合があります。特に、年末～１月にかけての期間は、対応が遅くなります。
海外在住者の場合、発送からさらに２～３週間の時間がかかることがあります。
Shipping of this product may take more than a month. Especially during the year-end to January period, response may be delayed.
For those residing overseas, it may take an additional 2-3 weeks after shipping.
