"We apologize for the inconvenience, but BASE does not issue invoices or receipts. Therefore, in general, you will need to handle the following:

Invoices:

Please use the "Thank you for your purchase" email received at the time of purchase as a substitute for an invoice. In the case of deferred payment, an invoice postcard will be sent by mail after the product is shipped.

Receipts:

Please use the usage statement received from your credit card company or carrier, the receipt issued by convenience stores or banks, and the "Thank you for your purchase" email received at the time of purchase together as a substitute for a receipt. For payments made through deferred payment, please use the receipt obtained at the time of payment.

If you absolutely need a handwritten receipt, please inquire with the shop where you made the purchase.

(Please note that some shops may not be able to accommodate this request.)"

Based on the above, we provide individual receipt issuance for a fee. If you require a receipt, please consult with us before making a purchase.
